Accommodation Pick-up
Commencing with an early morning pick-up from your Cusco hotel, this full-day adventure tour will kick off as we board our tourist transport for a scenic two-hour and forty-minute journey to Japura. Situated at an altitude of 4200 meters above sea level, Japura is a charming Andean town awaiting our exploration.
We will be riding the ATVs to Rainbow Mountain
After being treated to a scrumptious traditional breakfast, our tour guide will provide a safety briefing before we head to the base camp. Ready to go! We will hop on the ATVs and ride to Qosqo Pata, perched at an impressive altitude of 4900 meters above sea level. Covering a distance of 1.5 kilometers typically takes around 35 minutes to an hour. Qosqo Pata serves as a viewpoint near the mountain's peak, offering a short and manageable hike to reach the summit. From there, you can marvel at the majestic Ausangate and take in the vastness of the valley below. After soaking in the beauty of this enchanting location, we will hike back down to Qosqo Pata, a journey of approximately 30 minutes. Riding our ATVs, we will return to the base camp in Japura. Lunch will be a traditional meal served upon our return.
Accommodation Drop-off
After lunch, we will be driving you back to Cusco arriving by 0500 PM.
