Your Travel Experience with Bamba
Day 1
Get picked up from your accommodation around 6:00 am
We will make stops along the way and our guide will explain the importance of this valley. You will also be able to appreciate South American camelids such as vicuñas and llamas. We stop at PataPampa ("El Mirador de los Andes"), the highest part of the trail at 4,800 m.a.s.l. We arrive in Chivay for the buffet lunch. (lunch and dinner by your expenses)
Day 1 - 2
Arrive in the village of Chivay for lunch before heading towards Yanque village where you will overnight.
Day 2
After breakfast, we will head to the Condor Cross Viewpoint to enjoy a spectacular view of the condors in flight and the depth of the Colca Canyon, where we will spend over an hour. On the way back, we will pass through traditional towns such as Maca and Yanque, as well as other tourist viewpoints.
Returning to Chivay, you will have free time for lunch.
In the afternoon, we will depart for the city of Arequipa. The journey will take approximately 3 hours, with our arrival in Arequipa expected at 17:00. The tour concludes at your hotel drop-off.
