Your destination today is the picturesque town of Chenonceau, located on the Cher River's banks. You have the option of taking a direct route or opting for a more scenic ride that includes stops at various chateaux and villages along the way. Departing the picturesque Cher Valley, you venture into the historic region of Touraine. Along the way, you'll encounter the impressive Gué Péan and the charmingly medieval 15th-century Château de Fougères-sur-Bièvre. Challenge: 35 km / 22 mi, with 361 m ascent and 338 m descent

Chitenay to Blois
On the final day of your tour, you'll uncover remarkable treasures, including the exquisitely decorated Château de Cheverny and the majestic 440-room Château de Chambord, constructed during the reign of François I. As you ride back into Blois, you'll be greeted by its charming narrow streets and the picturesque, steep-roofed castle. It's the perfect fairy-tale ending to an unforgettable cycling holiday.
