This tour begins between 6:00-7:00 am with a transfer from your Puno City Center hotel.

Visit to Uros Floating Islands
Set sail on a carefully crafted 35-foot motorboat, featuring individual seating for 25 and a covered area to protect against rain or cold. Experience the surreal sensation of walking on the Uros Floating Islands, reminiscent of a water bed, yet completely safe.
Discover the woven homes and get acquainted with the friendly inhabitants—the Uros people, proud descendants of one of South America's most ancient cultures. Opt for a traditional experience with a ride on their handcrafted reed boats. Keep in mind that these islands are a popular destination, especially in the mornings when they can be crowded.
Our exploration extends beyond the Uros, as we visit two of the 60 mystical islands before setting off towards Taquile Island.
Visit to Taquile Island
Enjoy a serene 2 and a half hour cruise across Lake Titicaca, indulging in the breathtaking panoramas that stretch out before you. Upon arrival at Taquile Island, you'll encounter a truly unique community. Prepare for a charming 45-minute hike up a gentle trail leading to the village, where stunning vistas await at every turn.
Explore the local cooperative to discover exquisitely handcrafted textiles, celebrated for their high quality and beauty. The journey through Taquile's culture and landscapes is an unforgettable part of your adventure, immersing you in scenic beauty and local traditions until around 2:30 pm.
Return to Port
At 2:30 pm approx. we will depart back to Puno City (3 hours return journey). At 5.30 pm we arrive to Puno.
Accommodation Drop-off
On arrival, we will transfer you to your Puno accommodation.
