Although a dedicated cycle track is planned for this area, you will currently navigate the green corridor between the TGV rail bridges and the Aramon Bridge. The route meanders through vineyards and orchards before connecting with the Pont du Gard Greenway. This path leads you to the Rhône-side port of Beaucaire, a Ville d’Art et d’Histoire, renowned for its rich historical heritage and its location at the intersection of Languedoc and Provence. You'll then continue on to Arles, famed for its splendid Roman and medieval monuments, which contribute to its exceptionally rich heritage. This temporary yet signposted section of ViaRhôna takes you along peaceful roads, traversing a landscape interlaced with paths to remote mas (local farmhouses) and irrigation canals that nourish the crops and orchards in the area.
